WELCOME to Toast Food’s website.
In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms of use and privacy policy that govern our relationship with you. The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our services to you in most appropriate manner.
Privacy Statement
Toast Food, ABN 73 159 296 588, is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth of Australia). The personal information we collect is for the primary purpose of provide our services to you. This information includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, and their place of employment – be it a business or a not-for-profit organisation, who will be responsible for payment of our services. Only authorised employees within the company, on a need to know basis, use this information to carry out our business operations. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to you, our customers. We will investigate and take the appropriate disciplinary action if your personal information had been violated and used inappropriately by our employees.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by us will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Orders
An email of your order represents our confirmation of your order. The order will be prepared and delivered as close as possible to your instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your order are correct. You will be invoiced in accordance to the order you placed with us, either on-line, email, or by telephone. All telephone orders are to be immediately confirmed in writing by you. In the event of no written confirmation, our recorded orders shall prevail.
All menu prices listed on this website are inclusive of GST. Orders are for delivery within Australia for coffee; office and event catering for delivery within Sydney metropolitan. Delivery fee applies. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note: we do our upmost to fulfil your orders. However, we reserve the right to substitute your orders with similar products should we experience shortage of supply, In the event your orders were not fulfilled correctly, please notify us immediately after receiving the delivery. We will make necessary adjustment to your invoice by issuing a credit note, or by supplying replacement products to the same value.
We aim to deliver your orders within 30 minutes window of your specified schedule. However, we shall not be held responsible should the driver encounter delay in transit or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
If you place your orders by logging into this website, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any activity that occurs within your account.
Payment for service
Cash, cheque, all major credit/debit cards, or EFT are all acceptable methods of payment. Our terms are payment in full with credit/debit cards for non-account customers; or payment in full within seven days for account customers. Payments with credit cards may incur a merchant fee. All goods remain the property of Toast Food until paid in full. Monies that remain outstanding by the due date may incur a late payment fee, or having your orders not being fulfilled. We reserve the rights to seek recovery of any outstanding balance. In such circumstances, you will be liable for any and all additional administrative costs.
Cancellations
For sandwich style orders – cancellations must be made no later than 4.30pm the day prior.
For buffet, formal plated boardroom lunches/dinners and cocktail parties - cancellations must be made no later than 2 working days prior.
Cancellations received after the above times will incur a fee, or a full payment for the order.
If the cancellation advice was given in accordance to the above, any full payment received will be refunded in full less any administration cost such as merchant fees on credit card payment.
No return of goods will be accepted unless it is our error in fulfilling your orders.
Disclaimer and Warranties
Toast Food does not and cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our on-line services. Operation of our services may be interfered with by numerous factors, including by factors outside of our control. We provide this service "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. We expressly excludes (to the fullest extent permitted at law) all warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, any implied warranties as to fitness of purpose or merchantability of this service, or that using this service will not result in infringement of third party rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights). In addition, we make no warranty that this on-line service provided by us, will be timely, secure or error free. You indemnify Toast Food, our related companies, directors, employees and agents from and against all loss, damage, cost, expense and claim which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with your use of this service.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time or as required.
