TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following is our terms & conditions:
ORDERS
For sandwich style: orders to be placed prior to 3:00pm the day before delivery.
For all others such as canapes or buffet style: orders to be placed two days prior to the event.
SHORT NOTICE ORDERS
If you are in a rush, or a last minute order, please call our Catering Department on (02) 9241 3951. We will do our best to fulfill your order to the best of our availability. Please allow at least 2 hours.
MINIMUM ORDER
$85 plus delivery fee.
DELIVERY
All Sydney CBD and certain North Ryde addresses: $5/delivery. Additional fee may apply to other areas.
Weekend delivery attracts $50 surcharge.
All deliveries are subject to availability.
MENU ITEMS
certain items may not be available on weekends and public holidays. Please enquire within.
CANCELLATION
Sandwich style: must be made before 4:30pm the day prior.
Buffet, formal plated boardroom lunches, dinners and cocktail parties: must be made 2 working days prior.
Cancellations received after the above times will incur a fee.
PICK-UP
We will be appreciative if all platters/equipment are washed after use, and ready in a central spot for pick-up the following day.
LOST PROPERTY
a replacement fee (between $25-$60 each) will be charged for lost platters. Equipment will be charged at a replacement value.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Credit card payment prior to delivery is required if you do not have an account set up.
FOR ACCOUNTS CUSTOMERS:
Nett 14 days or as mutually agreed. Tax invoice will be emailed to your designated email address. Payment through EFT, cheque and all major credit cards accepted (2.5% fee will be added for credit card payments).
By setting up an account with Toast Food, you are in agreement with our terms of payment. If payment not received after 30 days of agreed term, a monthly account keeping fee of $5 may apply. Should your account be 60 days overdue, it would be temporarily put 'on hold' until the account is settled. After 90 days, your account will be handed to our collection agent through which additional fees and charges may be incurred. A further administration fee of 20% may also apply.
Toast Food does not hold any responsibility for any misuse or misrepresentation by or within any customer's account. In any event within which misuse or misrepresentation occurs, the account holder agrees to indemnify Toast Food of any losses or expenses occurred.
